Day 1/ #100DaysofMentalHealth - Quiet Time

Today is Day 1/ #100DaysofMentalHealth and Quiet Time is the thing that gave my #mentalhealth a boost. 

Switching my phone (and everything else) off and just having conversations with God was amazing and reassuring to know that I am not here to just fill space but I serve a purpose and all the blessings/opportunities/recognitions are vehicles to grow deeper in (and not away from) my purpose...this gave me so much clarity about some things I have been struggling with and of course much needed peace of mind...what gave your mental health a boost today?
