This page has some love notes from those who follow my recovery journey and those who have benefited from my work.(PS: I have permission to publish the notes and also picked some that were shared publicly...all communication with me is treated as private)

F A I L F A I R E ::: Day 55/ #100DaysofMentalHealth is about celebrating our failures, mishaps and all those things we are told to keep well hidden. What we never realise is that it is from them that we are able to become stronger and better versions of ourselves...I am grateful to everyone who has reached out this week after my #relapse post, the ones I celebrate most are the ones who opened up about their own failures not just in life but in their #mentalhealth journeys (before we start a class on what failure is and what it isn't, allow me to say I am using it in its full definition and also loosely to mean when things don't go as planned)...Currently loving this post on @ana_gracey's blog, keep sharing via email and otherwise...Remember to Acknowledge, Embrace then Share (you can start with a #safespace first if it's scary) then move on...take as much time as you need but don't forget that whatever you do, don't let it own you (plus someone needs to hear your war story to start theirs) . . . #depression #failfaire #mentalhealth #mymindmyfunk #mentalhealthblogger #wellness #failure #wellnessblogger #mentalhealthmatters #blogger #RecoveryisaJourney #recovery

L I V I N G M Y P U R P O S E - Day 9/ #100DaysofMentalHealth is about living one of my fav verses in this season: Esther 4:14 "For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?" God has appointed each and everyone of us for something, and that appointment is our royal position...Stand up and speak for the things/people you have been called to...there is so much fulfilment in living your purpose...your God given purpose #speakingengagements #mentalhealth #mymindmyfunk #mentalhealthblogger #wellness #wellnessblogger #mentalhealthmatters #mentalwellness #MentalHealthWithoutBorders #femprenuer #AfroBlogger #SitawaTravels #MMMFInvasion #MMMFInvadesUSA #mhaconf16 #fightintheopen #BibleStudy #womensbiblestudy #shereadstruth #esther #purpose
